Our team developed 17 acres in Springfield, VA, laying the groundwork for a new 90,000 SF Toyota dealership and service center through complex site coordination and preparation.

One of the more unique elements: the project also delivered a new turf soccer field in coordination with Fairfax County Park Authority.

This project was awarded LEED Gold certification.
