The Edge at Middleton

CCG Residential Construction was recently awarded The Edge at Middelton, a new multi-family apartment project located in Aberdeen, Maryland. This 321,000 SF project consists of three multi-story apartment buildings totaling 237 units and an attached Commons building. The garden style apartment buildings consist of one to three-bedroom units. The Commons building includes a club room, offices, fitness room, bar and outdoor grilling area with a swimming pool and patio. Construction is expected to start June of 2021.
