CCG is getting closer to the finish line on the 40TEN office building located in Baltimore City. We are fully underway with the final hardscapes package including bollards, site lights, playground equipment for the Celebree School, paving, curb & gutter, and sidewalks. The building façade is nearing completion and interior finishes are in full swing, including paint, flooring and millwork.

Chesapeake was recently awarded the interior fit-out for the new Greenberg Gibbons headquarters within the 40TEN building. The 11,500 SF headquarters will feature themed huddle rooms, large murals, inboard glazed private offices and social café area.

40TEN will be Baltimore’s first heavy timber office building. Projected to open spring of 2023, the building will feature exposed timber structure and wood ceilings, expansive glass lines, 15’ high floor to ceilings, and expansive common area amenity space all designed to meet the needs of the modern office environment.
