CCG proudly continues work at Aviation Station for the Reich Brothers, who acquired the 1,900,000 SF Martin Aviation Campus in Middle River, MD in November of 2021. The 53 acre campus is slated for spec industrial and big box retail developments. Over 25 acres is suited for outside storage and trailer parking.

Rich with aviation history, this historical site was previously purchased in the 1920s by Glenn Martin and used as a factory for military aircrafts. The new and improved infrastructure will modernize the campus for the Baltimore County area and surrounding communities.
