Garner Commerce Center

Located in Garner, NC, this industrial project is seeing tremendous progress.

This project consists of three tilt-up flex space buildings totaling 129,000 SF. Across the 16-acre site, the 3 buildings are in different phases of the tilt-up construction process with panels being formed, poured, erected and then onto steel erection. The NCDOT and offsite work are also progressing and is on track to be completed within the first two buildings soon.
