CCG specializes in building self-storage facilities that make use of the entire footprint and accounts for security, climate control, and accessibility. Public Storage in Odenton is no exception as we’re adding a 4-story addition to an existing self-storage facility.

The team recently topped out the building’s structure. With the spray fireproofing finishing up on the 4^th floor, roofers will soon install a TPO roofing system and we’re preparing to add insulated metal panels next month. Installation of the split face veneer to match the existing building is currently underway. Stay tuned for project completion scheduled for fall 2022.
