The Ella at Carillon

The Ella at Carillon is a 132,810 SF medical office building located in Upper Marlboro Maryland. Recently the Roofing System, Exterior Base Building façade, and interior wall framing has been completed. The mechanical, plumbing, and electrical rough-ins are substantially completed and the drywall on all floors is well underway.

Next on the schedule is the construction of the building 4 elevators, taking place in the coming weeks, as well as the setting of major mechanical equipment throughout the building.
