Chesapeake successfully completed Seneca Meadows in Germantown, MD.

This facility, spanning 6.5 acres, comprises research, development, and office spaces within a 2-story building totaling 76,220 SF. Notably, the building offers entrances on both sides, one at ground level and another connected via a pedestrian bridge to a shared parking lot.
