June 14, 2021 | By Chesapeake Contracting Group | Recently Completed

Located in the Ammendale Business Campus in Beltsville, Maryland, Trolley Lane is a 86,116 SF distribution warehouse building. CCG worked with Atapco to update and expand the building from an approximately 50,000 SF facility to its current configuration in 2020. The updated building was constructed using the tilt-up method; 22 panels in total, the heaviest weighing in at 83,800 lbs. CCG also utilized helical bracing back to the slab on grade to temporarily support the structure while awaiting the roof structure installation. This warehouse features 24 loading dock doors, 1.1 acres of additional trailer parking/outside storage, 2,861 SF of office, LED wall packs and an ESFR sprinkler system.
