Seneca Meadows Building 10

Located in Germantown, MD, Seneca Meadows is seeing great progress. At this time, steel erection is complete and we’re wrapping up on the final staircase. In the coming weeks, work will begin on the roof as well as fireproofing and masonry exterior.

Sitting on 6.5 acres, Seneca Meadows will be a 2-story, 76,220 SF research, development, and office space. The office will also have a pedestrian bridge that connects the building to a shared parking lot.
