BMW of Annapolis

The BMW of Annapolis renovation marked a comprehensive transformation of an existing automotive dealership in Annapolis, Maryland. The project scope included the complete renovation of the 12,149‑square‑foot showroom and service building, along with the enclosure of the service drive to create a seamless connection between the facility’s two primary structures. Work also involved the demolition of the south two‑story showroom and the full reconfiguration of the site through re‑grading, re‑paving, and re‑striping the parking areas.
Delivered for Group 1 Automotive, this project carried added significance as a prototype for BMW’s new global image package issued directly from BMW Germany. As such, the execution required exceptional quality, precision, and attention to detail, reflecting the standards of a brand with worldwide visibility and influence.
