This central shopping hub for the Northern Baltimore community has been a staple since 1972, and became well-known as a destination for upscale shopping and dining. Through the years, the Cross Keys project began to lose its luster until Caves Valley Partners bought the shopping area last year with exciting plans of bringing a mixed-use development to the community. The improvement projects consist of addressing deferred maintenance items such as fixing spalling concrete or rusted mechanical units.
